The ACTIONMILL Trochoid cooled is the variant of the trochoidal end mill from Ø 4 to Ø 16 mm with internal cooling and Y-shaped coolant outlets directly at the cutting edge. Six unequally pitched flutes and a chip-splitter geometry keep roughing of pockets and contours vibration-free and stable, available with 2xD or 3xD flute length. Material-specific coatings α-INOX, β-TITAN and γ-Steel cover stainless steels, aluminum and titanium alloys as well as steels and cast iron.
