The ACTIONMILL TRIPLE FUNCTION combines chamfering, finishing and roughing in a single tool from Ø 3 to Ø 16 mm, replacing three standard cutters in one setup. The Z4 version combines Front-Chamfer, HSC finishing and corded roughing geometry; the Z6 version pairs Front-Chamfer, Finish and trochoidal roughing geometry with a chip breaker. Optional internal coolant and application-specific tuning to the workpiece shorten cycle times and reduce tool changes.
