The ACTIONMILL Quarter-Chamfer is a quarter-radius cutter from R 0.2 mm to R 3.0 mm for milling internal radii and deburring in a single pass – available with two flutes (Z2) for more chip room or three flutes (Z3) for improved surface finish. A 4°–6° relief at both ends prevents secondary burrs, so radii are produced without raster passes. The α-INOX coating and the reinforced h6 shank in thermal-shock-resistant fine-grain solid carbide suit stainless steels, CoCr and titanium alloys, steels, cast iron, aluminum and plastics.
