The ACTIONMILL micro whirl-thread cooled is a thread whirling cutter for metric internal threads from M1 to M2.5, with five flutes from M1 upward. Internal cooling channels deliver coolant directly to the cutting zone, flush chips out and protect the tool from overheating. The h5 ultra-fine-grain solid carbide shank combined with the α-INOX coating delivers long tool life and reliable thread whirling in stainless steels, titanium and heat-resistant alloys.
