The ACTIONMILL micro Front-Chamfer is a two-flute front-end deburring and chamfering tool in fine-grain solid carbide, available from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 1.3 mm with 60° or 90° point angle. It chamfers and deburrs edges, slots, holes and thread entries in the micro range and works across steel, stainless steel, titanium and CrCo alloys thanks to the α-INOX coating. The reinforced h6 shank keeps the tool stiff and vibration-free, allowing high cutting and feed rates.
