The ACTIONMILL INOX-torus cooled is a four-flute corner-radius end mill from Ø 1.0 mm to Ø 6.35 mm with corner radii from ER 0.15 to ER 1.5 mm, with 3xD cutting length and 5xD neck length. Internal coolant channels protect the tool from overheating and flush chips out of the cut, while the α-INOX coating prevents built-up edge. A reinforced h5 shank and ultra-fine-grain carbide with high fracture toughness allow high feed and cutting speeds with reliable, vibration-free running.
