The ACTIONMILL INOX-CORD is a high-performance corncob roughing mill with four flutes from Ø 4 to Ø 12 mm, designed for roughing demanding materials such as stainless steel and CoCr. The surface-prepared cord geometry produces short chips, the corner radius (ER 0.3 at Ø 4, ER 0.5 from Ø 6) protects the cutting edge, and the α-INOX coating prevents built-up edge. Thermal-shock-resistant ultra-fine-grain carbide provides high fracture toughness and long tool life.
