The ACTIONMILL INOX-CORD cooled is the corncob roughing mill with internal cooling: Y-shaped coolant outlets protect the tool from overheating when roughing stainless steel, CoCr and similar materials. Four flutes, the corner radius (ER 0.3 at Ø 4, ER 0.5 from Ø 6) and the α-INOX coating produce short chips, protect the cutting edge and deliver consistent tool life. Thermal-shock-resistant ultra-fine-grain carbide provides high fracture toughness even at elevated cutting parameters.
