The Back-Chamfer is a 90° micro back-deburring tool for bores from Ø 0.4 mm and removes burrs on workpieces in the Ø 0.36 to Ø 5.7 mm range without producing secondary burrs. Three to six teeth in fine-grain carbide allow high feed rates and good surface quality, while the α-INOX coating prevents built-up edge. Suitable across a wide material range including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and heat-resistant alloys.
